We already had homemade chicken stock and homemade bread. So we decided to make this delicious and extremely easy soup. It's basically just chicken stock with a few herbs and dumplings made out of fresh bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese (the real stuff, not the kind in a container with a green lid) and eggs. The dumplings were nice and cheesy and the broth had so much flavor. I see this as being one of our "family favorites".

Mmmmm that looks gooood. Wish I had some right now, and I didn't have to make it.
