I started training for my new job this past Friday. I filled out a bunch of paperwork and got both hands finger printed. I also had to swear an oath. We were given all our work materials along with this really cool hand held computer that we will be using to get our work done, it only turns on with my finger print scan.
I thought my job would be to go door to door asking people questions, well I was wrong. I think I actually just have to go door to door, updating a huge address list, which is a bit better I guess. It's still going to suck walking in this lovely Florida weather.
I still have a few more days of training to do. It's going pretty slow and it gets kind of boring at times, I just have to remind myself that I'm getting paid. I can't wait to start receiving a paycheck! I'm very excited about that.
Well that's all I got for tonight, I still need to do homework before I go to bed. Goodnight, have a good week.

A computer that only turns on with your finger scan, I tought that only existed in sci-fi movies...
